The research investigates which hybrid and digital element(s) are applied in cultural events in Denmark, and how do these elements create value for event goers, companies and producers?

Cultural events defie as events designed to entertain and engage a wide audience of people, yet with clearly defined segment, catering to a particular branch of arts, culture and sports. Eveything from concerts, festivals, sport gatherings, fairs and tradeshows.

The research initiates partnership cooperation with:

  • Event Organizers – the event body itself, or commercial companies.
  • Event Agencies – agencies working with producing evens on demand.
  • Event Venue Holders – local vanues specialized in hosting events.

The research aimes at shedding light onto the below listed:

  1. What constitutes hybrid and in person cultural events with digital elements in their portfolio?
  2. To which extend Copenhagen based event agents working with cultural events, manage to intergrate hybrid or digital elements in their portfolio?
  3. What value do hybrid and in person events with digital elements create for the guest or end users?
  4. What value creation do (if so) companies gain by working with hybrid and in person events with digital elements?
